First couple of rounds - recruiter, fractional CSM, hiring manager - went well. Then I had to do a presentation detailing my philosophy as a CSM. I put hours into this. And when it came time to present to 6 people, I got nervous. Even more so when when of the founders joined the call but wouldn't turn his camera on. How utterly rude. Since I was nervous, I went over time and didn't allow space for questions. My presentation just "wasn't polished" enough.
