Quite easy, two interviewers had a list of questions, were making notes, were friendly, It lasted for about half an hour. It was possible to choose time but not the day.

90 minute interview with 2 Turning Point Scotland employees with plenty of situational questions. Recommend that applicants prepare thoroughly. It’s reassuring that TPS are diligent in getting the right people to work there - especially as their service users are often vulnerable.
