Brief on campus interview after a career fair. Straight forward questions just to get to know you. No trick questions. Interview was with two employees. Met with one of them the day before at the career fair.

Average length of each interview. They did a very thorough job throughout the process. I got a chance to ask all my questions too. The questions they asked were to the point.

Five people all asking too many questions at once, very intimidating and difficult to give good answers. Was very long and overdone, didn’t have time to ask my own questions either.
It's okay; they really like to hire family and friends, but it's definitely based on who you know. You have to find people will to help you and that's anywhere you go.
