I was in school at the time of my application, so I had 2 phone interviews and a 1:1 interview the week after my graduation. The HR rep was very informative in keeping me updated and letting me know where my status was. I was given the in person interview with the GM and he seemed to be interested in a brief talk and getting on with his day. But I was able to get a little of myself in to let him know my seriousness in applying.
