      Programmatic Executive Interview

      3 Jan 2018
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tug Agency (London, England) in Oct 2017

      Interview

The first Interview is with the team members who you would provisionally be working with. This is mainly for them to get a general understanding about what you know about the job role, what your interests in digital marketing are, and how well personally you would fit in with the company. If successful, the second interview is with the Head of department and CEO who asked more detailed questions and tested you a bit, but were overall very friendly. This is the final stage of the interviews, so if they like you the process moves very quickly. The whole process was generally quite a laid back and comfortable experience - a good representation of the company's culture.
