There was a phone interview followed by an interview conducted on site. The offer was made shortly thereafter, pending results of drug screening and background check. The offer letter and documents were sent after the results were received by Tuff Torq.

They asked about how to handle conflict between what someone else may want and what your manager wants. Also made sure to emphasize having professional relationships that did not extend outside of work.
