Interview
I applied online to a job offer. I had to do a code test following a set of guidelines. After that, two phone interviews. I got positive feedback in the code test and in the first phone interview (in this one I received a couple of critiques, a couple of subjects I should prepare better for the next one, which of course I did).
After the second interview, I was told that my replies to the interview were generally good, but I was being rejected because I didn't give detail in questions regarding data structures. Ok, fair enough. Except that the interviewer interrupted me several times and told me "Ok, good, that's enough". And several times I explicitly asked if he wanted more detail.

Code test con un problema a resolver (2h) usando el lenguaje de programación que prefieras. Varias entrevistas telefónicas y una presencial que dura toda la mañana. Me pareció un proceso de selección muy largo y complicado

estructurada en una prueba de código y 2 entrevistas telefónicas. Para terminar acudirás a la empresa en la que tendrás otras tres entrevistas con gente distinta. Hablarás con el CTO y con recursos humanos sobre tus expectativas.

Question 1
Espacian entre preguntas sobre problemas algorítmicos, más técnicos o de arquitectura.
No buscan conocimientos de nicho y valoran la persona y sus puntos de fuerza, más bien de valorar una tecnología específica. Valoran buenas prácticas, capacidad de comunicación de conceptos y razonamiento.
