I applied online and sent my CV. I turned back scheduling an interview. With a 2 hour technical and half an hour HR interview, And then I had another session with the manager for about half an hour. Then I got an offer.

Interview
Good and clear inteview process . People were relax but I have been waited a little bit. Questions and interviewer's approach were good. Campus is hard to reach and does not have parking lot for people who are come for interview.
After the online application you take technical interview in front of the people from different departments. They evaluate yor academic background and the works you have attended before. They all have experiences in their areas.
