I was told to wait at Aerotek Staffing, was given some legal paperwork to sign, and told to be at the white building with the red stripes at 7 am the next day. There was no filtering of employees - no language, math, skills, or reading and design comprehension tests. Once I was finished with the paperwork, I was promptly escorted out of the building. During the whole process I was asked only two questions - one, can I legally work in the USA, and two, am I a felon. I now know how animals in a machine conveyor feel.
