Easy and well conducted. All over the phone, was fairly quick and painless. It lasted only about 10-15 minutes and was fairly nice to talk to them. I could not reccommend their interview pprocess enough

Interview
One face -to-face with a special project's manager who knows telecom and the business very well who made me a 20 hr per week offer. Another interview with the VP of Sales for Canada that was quickly followed by a good offer with the exception of the vacation time. Trylon quickly came back with a second offer which I happily accepted.
