Sent in my CV and cover letter in late January, heard back in late March. I had to reschedule my interview a few times and they were very accommodating. The actual Skype interview was very casual, they asked me a few questions about policy and what I knew about the company. They were also happy to answer my questions regarding the company. A generally enjoyable interview, and was offered the internship on the spot.

This was a standard interview for an undergraduate intern position. It took about 30-40 minutes over the phone. It definitely helped having a good understanding of the organization beforehand. And they definitely appreciated that I had done my homework.
