Interviewed with the hiring manager and talked about my experience for the role and the previous work, how it is applicable to the applications that are used at the organization.

I applied on LinkedIn and received a intro call within a few days. A few days later I have a meeting with my now manager and then a few days later I had a interview with the director of my department. It was quick and they were very transparent during the whole process. It was an easy interview because they are all just great people. Just be yourself and be honest.
