Phone interview with HR followed by a second phone interview with the head of analytics and then a take home assessment mostly consisting of analyzing a given dataset in sql r or python

Multiple teleconference meetings of different levels of corporate employees asking you boring frank questions and sharing their corporate stories. Little excitement and creative interest in me as a future employee and how I can add to the company culture and diversify the team and employee body.

If you receive a new client with potential data, what do you focus on? How do you profile?
Applied for the position. Got an email with a take home assessment in excel and asked to schedule a phone interview. Interviewed with a Data Scientist and thought it went well. He said they would follow up next week. And I never heard from them again. I sent an email to follow up and was ghosted.
