Easy and pleasant. Nothing too stressful and host was very kind. A short Q and A plus some scenarios. Single round so thankfully did not have to waste much time

Within 3 hours of submitting my resume I received a phone call from HR and that was a great first impression. We then scheduled an interview for the following day at 4pm. Then at 2:30 the next day I received another phone call letting me know, they have decided to move forward with other candidates. This is extremely unprofessional behavior from a company that "wants their employees to feel welcomed and valued". Based on my experience True North did not make me feel valued nor welcomed.
