Interview
The interview was over the phone, and there was multiple people on the line asking questions. I was also informed about how they pay their employees. I was told that you would make money by production not by hourly. This made you feel like that one guy who sits there and does nothing isn't getting paid as much as you if you are busy. The whole conversation lasted about twenty minutes.
