Straightforward. The first round is with a recruiter, and the second round is with a panel of members from the team. They called me to let me know I got the job but didn't send the offer letter until 2 weeks later when there were 2 days left in the acceptance period. I knew pretty much 0 details about the job, so I had 2 days to decide whether I wanted it. The pay is also embarrassingly low.
