You get called by a recruiter, you answer basic interview questions, and they let you know if you get the job on the spot. The recruiter lets you know everything, you are not in contact with anyone from the branch until you accept.

A time you were challenged at work? A time you had to lead?
It was quick and easy. Didn’t have an issue with anyone. The managers are good guys and don’t bother much . It was a fast way to get a decent job that payed a decent rate for something not too back breaking.

Interview
Due to have a phone and in person interview, immediately after the first interview via phone, I was immediately made an offer. Took the urine and DOT physical. Process did take 5 weeks but I start 8/11/20.
