Trodat interview questions

Greetings, wanted to know about my job experience and overall skills. Described work schedule, trial period and etc, what they expected from employee and if im agreeing their company position,

Had a 30 minute interview and was asked about my employment history as well as a range of general questions about whether I would feel confident doing different tasks within the role. I was told I would hear back within 4 days of the interview. The company then ghosted me and proceeded to ignore my follow up for feedback. Unprofessional and poor administration.
