Interview
Because the project was new, the interview process was super long and hard. We had at least 4 rounds of interviews checking our intelligence, language knowledge with an official Italian language school, HR, management, etc. It was very serious for a customer service representative job. Very stressful! But overall, everyone was nice and professional.

- Tell me about a time you had a conflict with a coworker and how you resolved it? - What would you do if you had a very dissatisfied customer, how would you handle it? - Tell us about yourself?
The interview was very relaxed. There was a part where they checked your language knowledge and asked you to talk about your hobbies and there was a part where they ask you about your skills and about the company.
