It was the simplest interview I have ever had. The hiring manager was a bit vague on all aspects of the position, and told me that they didn't look for experience because they want to teach "the right way to do things." I was surprised to see that both managers interviewing me were dressed in T shirts and ball caps, while I dressed in a suit.
