I put my resume on the Craigslist, and the owner found me and called me. We talked a little bit over the phone, and he offered me first interview the next day. After the first interview, he asked me to have another interview on Saturday morning. He was very warm and friendly during the interviews, and also he offered so many opportunities and promised me so many things, such as promotion and all benifits.
