This was a contract based vacancy which would have converted to full time in near future. I applied through LinkedIn job posting and was asked to schedule a call with one of the co-founders. I had a decent interview with questions related to Google Ads and CRO.
The co-founder told me that HR would get back for the next steps about the contract details.
HR didn’t get back on the same day. I followed up twice then the mail came stating my expertise and skills didn’t match with their requirements.
Lol If this was the case, why would they called me for an interview after reviewing my resume?
There should have been a transparency and the real feedback for not moving forward with my candidacy.
