Received a call followed by one in person interview. Interview is easy and then there is paid training where you have to memorize a script to pass and continue with the co.
Pretty good interview, interviewer had great questions and insight on benefits and what to expect. Seems like great company to work for. I got the job today. Looking forward to start with company.
I was recruited, so the process was short and easy. They also had an onboarding training weekend, in which they explained the structure of the business. I felt comfortable starting after that.
