Interview process consisted of phone interview followed by in person interview. Drug test are required for all positions. The headquarters is located in Addison. The new building is open and has great amenities like a workout center, cafe, coffee bar, and lots of open seating to work in different areas is the building.

Online process called back 2hrs took weld test two days after and online offer was sent a day after and background check.. two days later physical. waiting on call back to start work.

I just graduated welding school,first of all was told to come in for a welding test, when i got their I was told i needed steel toe boots,and to go across the street to Walmart and buy some and come back in 45 min. So i did and some mexican dude had me do certain welds and then he said i needed to go back to school, he was very rude!!! Now they are calling me back for a assembly job????
