Trinity Homecare interview questions

Thorough interview - 4 stages, plus personality reviews and reference checks. CEO Chairman Panel interview Presentation Discussion-based interviews, running through my CV and focussed on competency-based and skills-based questions. Very relaxed, but difficult in equal measures.

The interview was very organised, and they had 2 people interviewing, they were very nice, they expected people to be prepared I think. It seemed like a a busy office. Lots of questions about how to treat candiates well
