Initial phone interview with recruiter, then phone j tervis with campus d/t Covid, then on campus interview, job shadow. Not difficult interview, although felt fake/forced customer service requirements. Campus was nice.

Very inviting interview team. I had an interview with two different individuals that went over what the company stood for and what to expect when transitioning into the role that I applied for. They had me shadow another nurse for about an hour to get a feel of what the job entailed. Overall a very inviting team that was happy to take the time and answer all of my questions.

It was very pleasant and comfortable. The interviewers didn't grill me out make me feel uncomfortable. I'm happy with the process and the happy environment Triology promotes in their long term care facilities
