      Project Manager Interview

      12 Dec 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Trillium Staffing in Dec 2024

      Interview

Interview took about 3 hours long, they switched interviewers on me last minute. Had me waiting 30 minutes after my scheduled interview. Met some team members, was asked personal questions, made me feel comfortable. When interview was done they said would let me know next steps, then proceeded to ghost me. Very unprofessional hiring process.

      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Trillium Staffing (Bettendorf, IA) in Apr 2012

      Interview

Went through a two hour interview process with four different people. Each explaining their process of the job. They did a VERY thorough process with my former employers and references. They explained how the last couple of sales people didn't work out so they were wanting to do a very thorough screening process this time. Once I started I had to work in the marketing department making calls for the first week to prove I could do that part of the job.
