2 Interview process:
A. 1st Interview is Mainly on Technical, softskills and Qualifications for the job scope and understanding of the company
B. 2nd Interview is HR basis. From my understanding, COO and HR will be contacting the candidate and be questioned about HR and to be reviewed on the University Transcript(s), Resume and HR questions such as 'What do you see yourself in 5 years time' and ' Salary Expectations'
