The application so far for the first 2 Interview was nice. The last step of the interview was with a manager in Korea at 12:30 at night. Totally unacceptable and not professional. Last interview is supposed to be the most important one usually and the manager was not even looking at me while I was talking. One the worst interview I have ever done. It seemed like speaking to a robot. Not human, not casual conversation, just ask and answer. Very frustrated overall. Definitely they do not understand the importance of employees.
