The Interview process was well done, my issues are with what happened after the interview. I was given a verbal offer a high ranking individual in the human resources department, which I shortly found out later should have never been offered in the first place. This was an unfortunate experience that should have never happened. It would have never happened if one certain individual acted in a competent manner and checked whether the offer should have been made in the first place
