1) Telephone interview with the R&D Scientist that will be my manager (30 mins) -- They asked me about my motivations for applying for this job, what was my experience and if I thought I was a good fit 2) Video conference with the R&D Scientist + One of the HR Managers (1 hour) -- They asked plenty of questions about my old internships, my skillset and if I was able to adapt to their dynamic company culture.
