I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Trayport (London, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
I first had 30 minutes to complete 3 exercises.
They help you walk thorough the problems if you're not able
Particularly I think that the time they give you is a bit too short to do all of the problems. Even though later they go thorugh the exercises together with you, that didn't seem to be enough to get an offer (after providing expected answers)
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
1.- implement an algorithm to shuffle a deck of cards, based on an array of cards
Fast apply and interview process, took about 2 weeks but that is the only pro. Process was initial check, 2nd talk with senior, Hackerrank test, in person (almost 3 hours) interview. Final interview was fine for the first half but the 2nd half required code reviewing using a sheet of paper, interview continued without breaks and some questions were not asked well.
First stage interview on the phone
2nd stage interview coding Excercise.
First stage was easy, just general questions on c# and how you carry out your duties day to day.
