I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Hartford, CT) in Feb 2019
Interview
I was reached out to by a recruiter. I applied online and then completed an assessment. That was then followed by a phone screen the following week. The recruiter who did the phone screen was rushed and spoke very very quickly. He told me that he didn’t recruit for the claim representative position but was just helping out. He told me that he read the write up on the role quick to get an idea. He couldn’t answer any of my questions as they pertained to the role specifically.

Question 1
Describe a time you were in the middle of something and got interrupted?
I had 2 interviews. First was an interview with 2 unit managers and the last interview was with the VP of the department. They asked the basic questions asking for prior work experience and they asked scenario based questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Travelers (Alpharetta, GA) in Jun 2024
Interview
The interview process was good. I initially spoke to an HR rep out of state, followed by an in-person meeting with two members of their leadership team in the Alpharetta office, followed by a meeting with a VP the next week. About a month after that I was accepted for the job.
