first interview over the phone, basic questions about your cv and motivation - then I had to do a case study, not hard my you have to know the competitors and understand what travelbird does. then there are some other skype interview and finally a trip to amsterdam for the last session (self presentation and lunch with the team)

Very easy, basic questions, two meetings, very nice people, one short presentation and one or two trial calls, you get almost instant feedback, the time between first contact - two interviews - signing the contract was one week
