Pretty laid back 1 on 1 interview. Also, you get a hands on look at what's happening on the floor. You get to meet several employees and discuss the job in further detail.

Question 1
This is a pretty straight forward interview. You will be asked about previous experience, your learning style, etc etc. Overall, a fairly laid back interview.

Interview
They have you sit with carrier representatives for hours to see if you will lose focus while sitting there. They then ask you a few questions to see how desperate for a job you are.
