Applied online, had first video interview for around 30-40 minutes. Made it to final stage video interview., which lasted around an hour. Was told they will make a decision within a week. Over a week later, they wanted me to interview again, a second final stage interview. I withdrew my application but the recruitment manager was very convincing so went ahead with it. Spent another hour interviewing and was told I'd here back in the new few days. It's been a month and nothing, they GHOSTED me. Shame on TfL, this is not how you treat people. The good thing was that I had already accepted another offer so the Cyber Security manager's indecisiveness did not affect me much except that it wasted nearly three hours of my life.
