The interview process whilst fine itself it lacked any personal element to really establish cultural fit and was quite robotic. The process itself was drawn out over a couple of interviews weeks apart and a presentation. I understand it's a large organisation but follow up was never when they said it would be and required multiple chasers to understand status.
