Interview
It only went into minor technical depth, Primarily focused on character leadership and self ownership.
2 rounds: 1 with recruiter with minor technical details focused primarily on informing about the job and getting a better understanding of candidate. 1 with manager that was just talking about the project that I'd be working on, Again very minor technical depth and was essentially just evaluated on evidence of ownership of ideas and showing genuine interest.
Interviews honestly felt more like a conversation than evaluation.

Went through three interviews. VP of Recruitment, managing director, COO.
I was ghosted after the interview with COO. Followed up a few times and received no response. Disappointing because they present themselves so well.

Good, very personable and leaderships seems to care for individuals and have a passion for those joining and maximizing the group to create a cohesive culture. Recruiting manager was very professional and personable.
