Interview
The application process was conveniently simple. The scheduling and completion of the interview was managed through email correspondence and scheduled phone conversations. The process was well managed by the employer. Next steps were articulated. Follow up was prompt.
All virtual, with a long break in communication after final interview before offer was made. Wasn't the most difficult process, but was long and not much communication overall. A good example of what the environment was like.

Interview
HR found my resume on Monster.com and contacted me about the position. The HR interview process was phone based and to stage applicants. Then there was a three stage interview with hiring manager, their boss, and a peer to the job I applied for. Drug screen and background checks were mandatory.
