3 stage process. First 2 are calls, but the disappointing part was the face to face interview. Came across very unwelcoming. The first thing they did Is take you to an office alone to complete a test, which I seem to remember lasting a while. Once completed I was then taken back to reception to wait again to see the interviewer. Very formal and gave little evidence of a company culture that would be enjoyable to work in
