I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TransUnion (Essélégué)
Interview
The interview process is a series of steps designed to assess a candidate's qualifications, skills, and suitability for a role. It typically begins with submitting an application, followed by an initial screening, often through a phone or video interview. Depending on the role, candidates may undergo skill assessments or tests before proceeding to formal interviews with hiring managers or team members. Some companies conduct multiple interviews to evaluate cultural fit, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities. After interviews, employers may check references and conduct background checks to verify experience and credentials. Finally, if selected, the candidate receives a job offer, potentially followed by negotiations regarding salary and benefits
