I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at TransLoc (Durham, NC) in Dec 2018
Interview
This was myđ„try at this company in 2 years. Last time my salary floor was too đ for them so I passed on interviewing onsite. This time I passed on revealing my salary needs upfront to go through the process hoping my experience may cause them to think about salary. Had call with coach, onsite with team members and called back for interview with top C's After all that got an email from HR that they went with someone else. 0ïžâŁ for 2ïžâŁ!!! Now the coach and C's are all gone so I dodged a bullet here đ
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TransLoc (Durham, NC)
Interview
Applied online, was scheduled for a call with HR a few days later. During HR call was asked salary range and was told that my floor was too high and they don't negotiate salary, get from a third party company and that's it so it was a no go. :-)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TransLoc (Durham, NC) in May 2016
Interview
Interview process was very smooth. I met with Ryan for coffee, where he explained the vision and mission of TransLoc to see if it would be a good fit for both the company and myself. That was followed by an interview with my would be team members and then some executives. Over all, I think it took a week, maybe two in total, though time in interviews was less than 4 hours.
