Trakstar interview questions

The process only had 2 steps; first was the phone screen with the Director of Ops and then the last interview would be with another executive. It was a good conversation. I did ask about the bad reviews on Glassdoor and the way she handled the question was really well. I made sure to frame the question not in a negative way. She didn't get defensive and she knowledge the reviews and pointed out where she knows they could do better.

30min phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a written Q&A homework assignment. Phone screen was mainly me trying to understand the 3 lines of business. Declined following this process without moving to the next interview, based on the salary range not meeting expectations.
