I was referred by an current employee wich was (and still is, as i understand) the preferred method of possible candidates selection. Be very well prepared, the interviewer is highly skilled (he is actually a certified trainer). There were 3 interviews, each different and i was tested on communication, negociation and behavioral skills. It is not your resume but yourselves who will matter
