Recruiter will start by having one round of discussion with you, followed by 1. English Test 2. IQ test If everything checks out, you will be called up for a face to face interview. If the dev manager likes you, an email will be sent with practical test.

You are given two tests ; an English Compentency Test & IQ Test. Recent tests have been further developed to an essay test of 50 words and specific tests for specific positions (E.G: Software Developer)
