Interview
Initial interview with HR to discuss role and suitability, technical interview with brainteasers (maths/problem-solving) and some finance questions, pair programming interview and final on-site interview with brainteasers and working style-related questions.

Question 1
Binary tree-based pair programming interview, interesting problem. Maths/brainteasers included dynamic programming and coin-flip type questions.

Interview
The process consisted of an assessment day with multiple interviews and a maths test. One interview with the COO, and one with the development team. After the assessment day I was called back for a second interview, one with the CEO and another with the development team.
