I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tradeweb (Jersey City, NJ) in Dec 2011
Interview
A recruiter who saw my resume posted on the web called me and arranged a 30 minute phone interview - general C++, Unix, network programming questions were asked - most were basic knowledge about structure of classes, members of a class, inheritance, how virtual functions work, some about how networked client server systems are programmed, some about SQL, a few about shell scripting. I think most answers I gave were correct , about two weeks later I received a call from the recruiter saying the position had been put on hold.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Tradeweb in Oct 2024
Interview
I was asked about my previous work experience. I talked about things I had worked with in my 20 years of experience and was then accused of cheating and lying. The interview ended after several minutes. A horrible experience. The worst interview of my life.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tradeweb (New York, NY) in Apr 2024
Interview
Very smooth process with active communication from recruiter. Initial call with recruiter followed by four rounds of technical interview with very smart people. Questions were relevant to my profile and position. Enjoyed the process overall.
Applied on company website. Had a technical interview with manager and the communication was bad. He had a strong accent and didn’t speak English well. I had to keep asking him to repeat his self.
