Application
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tradesmen International (Provo, UT) in Dec 2015
Interview
They asked a lot of stupid questions; do you show up to work? Do you call in sick? What religion are you? They were up front that you wouldn't make any money for a long time, but I thought it was them being conservative. They didn't get into the commissions structure like I think they should have. IF I would have know that you get commission only on gross profit instead of the order than I wouldn't have taken the job.
4 stage Interview process 1) Recruiter, 2) Hiring Mgr Phone, 3) Hiring Mgr In Person, 4) GM In Person Overall Not a bad Interview just not what I am looking for
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tradesmen International (Baltimore, MD) in Jan 2018
Interview
It is a smoke and mirrors show first you interview with the sales manager who says he likes you, then you interview with the general manager who plays indifferent then you meet the area manager who is just stoic but the whole time they are desperate and hoping that you choose to work there
