Interview
I worked as a Crew Member for several years and then moved up to the Mate role. I spoke with my Regional several times during occasional visits to my store and then had a more formal Interviewed with my Regional and another store Captain before being given the promotion.

What makes you want to advance here? Do you feel ready for the challenges ahead?
The interview process started out professional and proactive, however they rescheduled original interview. Then were late for the interview by 15 minutes. Interviewed in the hallway in the backroom. Terrible experience as one mate interviewed me for a mates position, it should be someone higher up or multiple mates like in Costco. Simple questions of what they do as an employee, I was told they would let me know the following week. Had to follow up after 3 weeks and was told they would not be going forward with the position. Have over 18 years in retail and 15 years In Leadership, felt like a waste of time and zero professionalism.
