Found job posting online (CareerBuilder), applied and submitted resume online, phone interview about 3 days later, 2nd phone interview with department manager 2 days after the phone interview with a recruiter, face to face interview at call center facility, facility tour and meet and greet with other Managers, orientation to complete new hire paperwork a day later where we discussed work rules. I was assigned a department and start date (for training) at orientation.

Interview
I submitted my resume to Trade Global via Indeed. I received phone calls not even a week later asking my availability. I was then given an interview. The interview went smoothly. Very relaxing and laid back. I was just asked about my previous experience and basically if I could start in the training class Monday.
